Get your priorities in order!" Yes, it could. We voted for the Local Option Sales Tax around 1990 based on the promise to pave ALL dirt roads. After we approved it, they said they would do the roads where right of way was given FIRST. Then they said they would pave ONLY the dirt roads where right of way was given. And they found other more important things to spend the money on BEFORE doing what they promised to do FIRST. This is 2024, more than a third of a century later. David for patience REGARDING:
