There’s stuff on this agenda that should have been carried two months ago.” That tells you all you need to know. The Temp Agency and the person to be hired are already in place. How long until they drain those ARP funds while not getting anything done? I drove through Century a couple weeks ago and the roads are terrible there not to mention they could use some pressure washing on those buildings in the "historical" district.
