I agree with Thomas G…Gerard has a deeper issue that he needs to deal with here. I pray he gets the help he needs and sticks to it. According to another on here “the police” are attempting to railroad and slander him”…I reckon that wasn’t him or his truck in that video?????
Being an enabler is not being a friend. Sure, I volunteered for all types of things community related and even had those who ONLY spoke of my many good attributes but they were just covering up the mess I was making and not helping get me to realize I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ACTIONS! I pray he gets the help he needs…

This has nothing to do with slander and the fact that the Patti family and their contributions to the community also bear no fact here, it is actually you attempting to get a “fee pass” for your meth-head friend. Gerard needs help for his addiction, not your febble attempt to spin the story.

The Patti family is a well known staple of the community in Pensacola who demonstrate what kindness, integrity, honor, and giving back to others is essential to the place that we ALL call home. Gerard Patti is no different. His love of God, the time he volunteers to people in need, his acts of kindness speak for themselves. A veteran of the US Navy, a Deepwater Horizon clean up worker, as well as a resident and neighbor who is always willing to help another in need. The ESCO should be ashamed, the police report is full of inconsistencies, and this is truly an attempt to railroad and slander. I hope this story is continued to be followed all the way thru the judicial process and notes when justice is served and the case is dismissed. It is disgusting the lack of support from not only his ‘friends’, but the community as a whole.
