The company has to know they are expired because they have to keep paperwork updated. People want to complain about illegal immigrants but yet hire them. Then they end up doing a crime. If you want to legally be in the U.S. Keep your work visa valid and be a good working person to society PERIOD. Perhaps it was in exchange for the child victim to avoid having to testify.. 2) I don’t quite understand how he was convicted of “attempted” sexual battery when he and the victim “had sexual intercourse”. Pleaded down from a LIFE in prison to a 25 year sentence. I’d assume that he’ll get out early for good behavior. It didn’t say it was a mandatory 25 years.
