I can't count on a daily basis how many children I see that aren't properly restrained on a daily basis. They may think it can't happen to me but in a split second it can happen to anyone and your life will be changed forever.please do better and take the time to properly restrain your children, no one should have to be told to do this, you know better and you know how children are supposed to be restrained.this innocent sweet baby gone due to neglected actions of a parent.fly high sweet angel.
