Don’t know if it’s still the same way, in the state of Navada, caught doing this, and first offense is ten years to life. My daughter was sitting in a truck with a man that was selling this stuff, and she got two years. She has since got her life back on track.

Drugs are horrible and drug dealers are some of the worst
People, but if there was not a market for drugs ( the users) there would be no drug dealers. Which came first the chicken or the egg?

GREAT JOB prosecutors and the judge. This mess is killing people and the dealers/suppliers/traffickers ONLY care about how much money they are going to make and do NOT care of the families this drug will destroy or the life’s that will be ruined or most sadly, the lives lost by those who have lost all power to just SAY NO! That power of addiction is a strong felon that won’t let a person go until they wave the white flag and say those hardest 3 words to say….I NEED HELP…or become a sad statistic and allow this demon to put them in a grave. This makes me happy that a judge FINALLY stood their ground and handed out a sentence that’s very fitting for this type of crime. You know, someone else has already stepped up/in and filled the hole that this peddler of today’s poison left upon her arrest and now a conviction. I pray daily that people will wake up/wise up to the fact that this mess is STILL killing folks and you never know when that next got will either be too strong or laced with another substance (fentanyl) and take your last hit to fuel your high….praying for all that are battling this addiction as well as other drugs.
