Also i know this is off but who do you reach out to about asking for sidewalks to be put in. seen many KIDS killed on Kingsfield because no sidewalks but we have subdivisions all down Kingsfield. Any one can help please let me know. Thank you.

No way.do we need another ant hill subdivision. Build adequate infrastructure first then come back and ask. Where is the water going to come from. Water is a finite resource.

@ Rachael …. your thoughts are on target. Building application permit submitted in December 2022 indicates plans for a 269 unit Single Family Residential subdivision .

I imagine the plan is to vacate 24 lot subdivision for 200 lot subdivision, if not more.

The plat that was requested to be agricultural last year is south of this plat on Old Novak, between Candy Ln and Archer rd.

No, the property that wanted to get zoned agricultural is a bit further south. This property is zoned agricultural and probably always has been.
