Folks, just because it’s being subdivided doesn’t mean that it’s being developed. It just means the property is being split into different lots to make the sale easier.

We sit on 40 plus acres in Byrneville, when something happens to us and one child. If she decides to sell, who knows what may come in. If zoning changes?

I remember surveying this tract a few years ago. Glad I wont’ have to cut the lots out. The boundary was a mess.

20 acre lots is hardly “being like New York”. That’s a huge piece of property. You could build a house in the center and nobody would ever see it. My yard is plenty big and I have 3 acres.

Really hate seeing this, at least it’s not like subdivisions in Pensacola. Hope I never see that in my lifetime. Byrneville is a really close community with land being passed down from generation to generation, hope developers don’t get their hands on anything up this way.

How sad more farm land gone.dont they have enough building going on in the south now it’s coming in the country.what a shame.if economy is so bad why they keep building.we use to be a quiet town with less traffic an now they want it to be like New York with not enough roads.
