The high rate of speed and the rise on the east and west sides of the intersection led up to the crash. May God watch over his family and loved ones. It's so frustrating man! That's an entire life just lost. Because of a split second decision to not pay attention to your surroundings. This young guy, with a mom, a dad, possibly brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles...cousins...Hopes and dreams...goals for his life....all of it completely ripped away in a split second.
