This is exactly why innocent children and other adults get hurt or killed. The cops arrest them and the judges slap their wrist. He needs long term jail time. What are we turning into New York City. When he does something worse it’s on the judges hands.

The victims parents may have gone along with the plea deal so that the victim doesn’t have to testify in court. I think he needs some jail time. There are those in jail that don’t like child molestors…….

@ Jcellops….I agree!!! It’s very rare that all charges get dropped in situations like this. I think we will see him back in court as a repeat offender. I pray he proves me wrong.

Since this was such an unusual sentence based on others accused of the same crime, I looked to see what the reasoning was. Directly from the “Sentence Recommendation” sheet it states, “This Plea offer was made after consultation with the victim’s family”.
