Trying to get my kids to Brwon Barge in the morning, is tough with bumper to bumper in the morning and the best way i have found is Long Leaf to diamond dairy rd (Also Bumper to Bumper but flows) What about that Major project in the 8’s and 90’s to extend Blue angel hwy as a major East/West corridor? there are a LOT of study $$$ spent that never get followed through on. Is there someone in the Road study industry got connections i’m not aware of???

Commissioner Barry, how about completing projects that the county promised years ago? Like CR 164, CR 4, CR 168, Pine Barren Rd, the list goes on and on. The roads in particular were promised to be widened and resurfaced close to 10 years ago with nothing happening yet. Some of these roads have less than 8’ lanes, where the standard in this county is 10’ – 12’ lanes. These roads are dangerous, and many are part of a route that our children use to drive to school, and our buses use. Please tell me, Commissioner Barry, when these projects will begin, before you toot your horn about the few that are completed.
