This class is amazing. Mrs Salter does a phenomenal job with all of her students. They learn so much. I believe we have some future chefs here. Thank you to all of your hard work!

I could not be more proud of the way you have led the culinary students to such amazing successes. The opportunities that this course provide them now and in their future are due to your efforts in the classroom. Keep up the amazing teaching! Congratulations to all the students that presented such marketable food displays and meals! The skills you have mastered will serve you well. I would say this is your favorite class to attend!
