I knew this victim, personally, he was a great kid, a hard worker, and loved his family.
He from out home town, but move a few hours north to join the navy.
The fact that his life is over at the hand of a criminal who shouldn’t be here is just the effect of the open boarders policy’s and Joe Biden refusal to act. His blood is on Joes hands! If I ever get to speak to our failure in chief in person, I will let him know that.

An accident with tragic consequences. Condolences to the young man’s family and friends.
That an illegal immigrant was involved is a separate issue. You cannot invite people to come and live in your country and then prohibit them from getting a driver’s license -(necessary to obtain insurance on your vehicle, work and be part of society) ; it’s simply a catch 22. Nothing will change as long as people are focused in blindly supporting their “PARTY” in any and all their decisions (no matter how asinine) instead of thinking for themselves.

This illegal immigrant killed an active-duty service member.

Byron Pineda, 33, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked. Why does this not say he is charged with homicide?

We, this community, this nation, has lost a very valuable asset, a young service member who dedicated part of his life to protecting all of us and we failed him by letting our politicians open our boarders letting other countries flush their problems into our country, this is what is happening. You don’t see doctors and lawyers wadding the Rio Grande.

Florida has the death penalty, we should keep Byron Pineda, and convict him and put him to death.

Yes I came up on this not to long after it happened this young man was serving our country in the United States Navy really sucks that because our commander refuses to lock down the boarders and people like this guys is allowed to just come in our country and can wreck not only this young man’s family but everyone who he might have came in contact with. Just starting his life now his family has to plan to lay him to rest. Really come on. Rest in peace young man praying for his blood family and his extended family of Sailors. Gone way to soon

Wanted by ICE. Most likely Illegal immigrant. Rest in peace to the motorcyclist. I was on motorcycles when I was that age and involved in an accident that was not my fault. I could have been killed. Please be careful around motorcycles.
