TB – there is no parole in Florida anymore, unless your crime took place prior to 1995 or 1996, cant remember which. So if he gets life, which is too lenient, will wont be out.

Dont believe in life in prison.. There is no rehabilitation in that and no redemption either. Nor is there justice. A life was taken and a life should be……….. This was no drug shoot out where all parties knew the game being played.

My prayers are with the family of Ladarius. I can’t get it out of my mind that about midmorning of the day this tragedy happened, I had a chance encounter with a very nice young man who told me he just arrived in Pensacola from Georgia. I’ve always wondered if it was Ladarius.
Sheriff Simmons is working to give these bad guys what they deserve.

Once again a slap on the wrist, no Capital punishment, after a few years when everyone’s forgotten about it (Except the grieving family) this thug will be eligible for parole and back on the street, ready to kill some more.

Such a loss for this promising young man and the Clardy family. Just shows what idle time and running with the wrong people will get you. Great job by our law enforcement and state prosecutors to get this case solved and wrapped up. Much time is spent investigating and getting a case put together! Now for sentencing, Hope this will help with healing and some closure for the Clardy family.

So at the time I guess they didn’t realize who they shot and killed only that someone was shot dead !!! Well I got news for you unfortunately you killed somebody and anybody being murdered is a serious crime so with that being said let’s hope you don’t make it out of prison ever and you die in there asap !!!!
