They constantly miss picking up at my house. I even had to get Kevin Stevens involved after they didn't pick my trash up for almost an entire month! I have to call EVERY month at least once due to this issue. I've went through every channel available with ECUA and nothing has changed. Its a constant battle and I'm done!
