When they ran utilities and added the new housing at the end of West Roberts several years ago- they were supposed to make another egress through Copper Ridge to Pine Forest. When they didn’t we met with the Development Board and Commissioners- they explained why they weren’t doing it (which we didn’t agree with but accepted) but stated no other developments would be allowed since there’s only one egress- the curve on West Roberts. This development would contradict that statement- which we were shown to be county ordinances/law. Pine Forest is already a constant stream of insane traffic and accidents. The poor coyotes are roaming the neighborhoods because they're run out of their homes and authorities don't care enough to relocate them. Our County Commission have all become realtors from the kickbacks and don't care about our ecosystems or wildlife. This is lovely Pensacola not Homestead Fl., with their packed housing but it's beginning to look like it. It’s getting ridiculous in this area.
