He could've avoided every bit of this. I'm sure he knows someone that would let him hunt on a property legally. He could've gotten a muzzle loader to huntbwith, he could've left the joints at home. He could've kept his hands to himself. The problem is, this man is an obvious idiot. But according to ya'll it's every one else's fault that he can't act right and make the right decisions. Well, the state is gonna help him out,again, with his decision making. You all defending him...make sure you go visit him and put money in his jail acct while he's gone. He violated a standing order for a domestic violence injunction AND he was in possession of a firearm. With all of the problems going on in this world now a days, those two charges are pretty serious. These charges also require arrest upon the act of violating these and held without bond. Now, the “why” he was trespassing and carrying a “restriction” against his felony conviction and standing DV injunction isn’t known but he’s a grown man and he knew he wasn’t allowed to carry out this act with all he has on him. A trip to the local food pantry would have saved him from sitting in jail…just my opinion. Oh, the “restoration” of rights from a felony conviction? Not all should have those rights restored…only non violent offenders should be allowed to have their rights restored no, I’m not connected to LEO just my opinions on this.
