Lou…There won’t be a trial, she plead straight up to the court according to the article.

JTV…Judge Nobles can only sentence her to what the law permits and that is also dependent upon competency. There are some variables that also come into play that you may never know unless you read the transcript of the procedings.

The victim must live with the horror that happened mentally and physically for the rest of their life.
