Should’ve been three lanes when they did their three-lane work to 29. Need to three-lane this all the way to the Alabama border. When something like this happens, we go down to one lane. After that, traffic backs all the way up Pine Forest both ways and all the way up 9 mile both ways.

Public comments like yours are continually sought after by the Transportation Planning Organization (TPO). The TPO sets priorities for highway projects and improvements in the Pensacola urban area, including Interstate 10. They are staffed ar the Emerald Coast Regional Council.

Allow your recommendation to become an officer part of the public comment process on area roadways.

Hey FDOT!! That stretch of I 10 needs to be 6 lanes. That is why their are so many wrecks on this stretch. Traffic load is exceeding capacity at peak times.

Just passed by at 8:35 and they are still out there with wreckers and equipment trying to get things pulled up. Wet ground probably didn’t help much
