The easiest thing to do is to hop online and be a keyboard gangster, keyboard politician, keyboard judge, keyboard citizen… and not actually attend a meeting, go qualify, run for office, win and show us all that you can do it better…wow!

To North Escambia, Thank you for always doing your best to bring the craziness to light for everyone to see. It would be really great if you (North Escambia) would release a Special Town of Century Edition with every article you have ever written concerning the Town of Century government, the good and the bad. If you would do that maybe we could get the citizens who are fed up with this circus to forward it to their elected representatives so they can see it all at one time instead of just hearing bits and pieces of it. Who knows you might end up with a new movie about small town corruption.
For citizens and officials to be able to read for hours following years of coverage would really give everyone a much better understanding of what the citizens of Century go through. It is time for this to end and once we start seeing positive change in the way the town is governed we will see more businesses and more new people wanting to make Century their home. Once again a Big Thank You to North Escambia for standing up to this arrogant bunch and letting the public know what is happening.

It’s always been this way I don’t know how they keep getting by with it .I worked in city hall in 1999 it was the same way it is now I just don’t understand why the State or County hasn’t done anything to help the town . Gomez is one the biggest crooks in the office and then McMurray gets a lone to fix her funeral home it’s just sad our town is run by crooks and it just keeps getting grants to fix things but nothing gets fixed and the money disappeared!!! Do the math and the authorities need to step up.
