The key here is 24 felony convictions. If true, why hasn't there been a habitual offender sentence been considered? I haven't looked at the guys record so I don't know. He was scheduled to get out in January. Now that he's racked up a felony battery on a Leo charge, I guess he'll have his 25th felony. Why they keep letting out these career criminals is beyond me. He 1st went to prison in 1993. He has been in and out more times than I can count. Yet, he will get let out to victimize the public yet again. He has 24 felony convictions. He was scheduled to get out in January. Now that he’s racked up a felony battery on a Leo charge, I guess he’ll have his 25th felony.
