He had cameras etc. Dealt drugs from bar across street. Was told he never had Id on him and girlfriend would lie. Story they were married from another state. Personally though, I think that allowing the government to force prisoners to undergo invasive surgeries against their will as a punishment for a crime (no matter how heinous) would be a dangerous precedent. @Grady Smith

Technology would allow these individuals to be tracked 24/7. A huge amount of bureaucary/manhours could be reduced/saved. Proximity alerts could indicate if a subject is near a school or daycare, or if they leave their residence. Why not place a tracking chip in the subject’s person?

Hopefully none, but we may not ever hear of it, for many victims will carry a load of guilt for a lifetime believing that whatever took place was somehow their fault.
