I am sure our judicial system will fail the community yet again. What about his mother? Did she not raise him? Did she not tell him the rules? Did he not know Right from Wrong or did he just chose to ignore them because they were inconvenient to immediate gratification? Did she know the difference? There was a time when people knew that swift and severe punishment was a deterrent to mean and crime inclined people. Today, we make them victims and blame me for their bad character. Our government frowns upon the old, the weak, the sick and infirm from using an equalizer, yet it is the likes of him that is most likely to be armed.
