This is penny crimes compared to the crimes of the rich (like the orange man).

We can do both, take care our needs and help defend other countries because after all, to help them is really to help us in the long run! Look at the big picture.

You all are compassionate to her. She wasn’t unlucky. She stole. She’s a thief. She did wrong and now she has to pay the price.

I also agree with the comments about helping OUR people first before helping others. Billions of dollars go out to fight/kill but people here in the USA are suffering. Hungry. Homeless.

I find this unbelievable, my husband works, I don’t, we are raising grand childREN, meaning more than one because of death and can’t get any help and she gets over $17k more than what she was suppose to get, Only in America.

They should start checking other recipients. I’m sure they will find plenty of other people that do this. She was unlucky and got caught!

I hope they crack down on everyone stealing. If they cut their hand off on first offense it would stop a lot of it. To many people get hand outs while I work my tail off and pay taxes to pay for this crap

@Waiting on child support yeah, I’ve been there waiting on that check too but taking away his DL how is that going to you get Child support checks any quicker? That seems a bit of an oxymoron “I want money, but you can’t drive to work”. I get putting him in jail he is not paying so he aint playing but not being able to drive just seems like you’re shooting yourself in the foot.
