They are responsible for the death of this child. It's not an accident they weren't strapped in the seats. It's not the car seat, not the car accident, it's neglect as I haven't heard the two car seats are apart of a massive recall. Children (yes, plural) don't get ejected from vehicles unless they were Not properly fastened to the appropriate age/height required car seat. GRIEVE, BE RESPONSIBLE and stop pretending this could have been avoided. Wake up people and stop accepting it's just an accident. The parents should grieve! This is a family member and it is definitely unnecessary for the “charge the parents” comments one of the parents were at work and the other one is nonexistent the drive did not intentionally go out and try to have an “ACCIDENT” because that’s simply what it was it could have happen if the kids were in the car of a babysitter who was not a family.
