A person charged with a homicide should not be able to post bond for release. Especially someone who is a danger to others in the public. Convicted murder in the 1st degree should get capital punishment.

I do not understand how a murderer is even able to have a bond set to begin with. It there a statue that Everybody has a right to a bond regardless of what they are charged with?

I am always amazed how much cash these individuals have at their disposal to bond out. Most likely drug activity was the reason for the shooting in the first place. I know of a mobile home that’s supposedly selling fireworks and stays open year round. authorities need to start checking out certain “store fronts” – they might be surprised what they find
