Great job on Tate AJROTC for their remembrance wreath laying! Sadly though, 9/11 is quickly becoming a distant memory here and around our country. These types of public remembrance events aren’t being held anymore as evidenced here (Tate, the only school to have it posted it in the news). And yesterday, the current President didn’t visit one of the three memorial locations, the first to ever do so because it was not a priority for him. If you were alive back then, look back into your memory. Recall where you were and what you were doing on that fateful morning. Remember because we as a Nation pledged to never forget. May those who died in the horrific events on September 11th, 2001, and its aftermath, rest in peace. And for the survivors of 9/11, may they have God’s comfort today and in the future.

Thank you for remembering something you weren’t even alive to witness. It means so much that there are young people who chose to do this while there are adults who simply don’t care anymore. Keep it up, young men, you are making us all proud! I pray for your continued leadership in this fallen world.
