People go through things and people make bad decisions. This does not mean she is a bad person or that she was intentionally doing anyone harm

The drugs are bad on their own, but I think it more concerning that she is allowed to leave school with “two large boxes of student records”. This brings forth several questions including; What conceivable plan she had for these records? Where were her supervisors, and who are they that let her carry records away at will? This also makes one wonder why our government entities are so unwilling to implement random drug testing, especially for those that have direct contact with our children. .

@James – She can do plenty of harm with those boxes of student info. There is absolutely no reason a data clerk should be taking home students files. Someone should look into the reasoning begone behind her having those with her.

@Northender that escalated quickly….watching a bit too much television! Also, minors aren’t allowed to open credit without a guardian’s co-signature so it’s very unlikely it would be a case of identity theft.

I do not know this lady or what is going on in her life but felt prompted to pray for her after reading this article. I hope she gets the help she needs to overcome her addiction and to get her life back on the right track.

My son’s M.S. Reading teacher was busted with drugs in her car. Charges dropped. School was allowed to hire her back. She and I went around and around re my son. She needed to not be a teacher.
