It deals more with the number of wells and the size of the underground water supply. pipes can be repaired or replaced. the farther away from the towers means the smaller the pipes. At some point, another tower or 2 will need built and larger pipes ran and more wells. All that is costly and not done overnight..

I don’t believe Cottage Hill Water will be able to handle this many more homes. They already have regular water main breaks.

The poor wildlife is going to have nowhere to go, please be kind when you start to see an influx of wildlife visitors, they continue to be pushed out of their homes.

Sick and tired of dollar stores popping up, pushing down hundreds Acres of trees for solar panels and now every time turn around someone wants to build another subdivision. No one seems to care about wildlife or having country life anymore. It’s all about the almighty dollar. Shame on all involved. Pathetic.

These are the same people that will probably start complaining about farm animal smell and roosters crowing. If you move out this just remember you’re moving into our farm life territory. You deal with it not the other way around.

Just remember what our commissioner Barry stated and was published in this paper” just because it is proposed doesn’t mean it will be approved”, I bet you it will be overwhelmingly approved ! Why have zoning boards and construction boards: just rubber stamp okay, unless you have some chickens and a few animals, then you’ll be denied rezoning. What a farce. The little guy denied, big money guys okay?
