It would be interesting to see what a brain CT/MRI would reveal. “Thank you” to the brave grandfather who took quick action (instead of pulling out his cell phone to capture a viral moment). The judicial system MUST protect our citizens. It is time to closely monitor the judges who preside on this case and remember it come election time!

He has been arrested & convicted FOUR times of exposing himself and fondling his genitals in front of children under the age of 16! He is a very sick man who is unable to control his twisted perversion. I’m certain there are many, many other times over his lifetime when he has done this and it has not been reported, meaning this man is going to continue this behavior until a judge has the courage to put him in prison until he is dead. I would suggest castration however evidence proves that castration, whether chemical or physical, will not stop his compulsion. There is only one solution, lock him up! We incarcerate auto thieves for longer than this man. PLEASE do not suggest mental health counseling. Psychiatrists and psychologist will tell you no amount of therapy will change this behavior or stop his sick obsession. ENOUGH!

and SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT!!!! no security cameras, and you have a group of small children depending on you for safety. You should have extra employees and cameras there to help watch for people like this, thank heavens for the parents that stepped up.
