I understand the goal but I think term limits will favor the unelected government bureaucracy as it takes time for an elected official to get his feet underneath him to confidently govern and make changes to the system (if necessary). There are good people in politics that we don't want to see termed out. There seems to be a running theme with Republican politicians these days of wanting to take the choices of people, our liberties, away from us so big money can control government leaving the people, residents, with no voice.
