Andy, your comments are disturbing on so many levels. It makes no sense to me that you are concerned about this evil person receiving the death penalty. He obviously has been talking and thinking about killing this beautiful young mother of HIS child for some time. The texts make it glaringly obvious that his own mother new and was planning this evil with him. I’m sure his mother has been having conversations with him for some time about this. She may even have been encouraging him to kill her. She is completely verbally abusive to him and i would bet money that she was verbally and physically abusive to him growing up. It doesn’t excuse his behavior and he should be held accountable as well as her. They both need to be put to death and eliminated. They are evil.
I am disturbed by your ignorance and stupidity that your thinking about him being rehabilitated. Do you really think these two people are going to live decent lives if not punished? People that can do this kind of evil don’t change. You, Andy seem to not care one but about the real victims here. Scary.

The same reason I would be opposed to the government arbitrarily deciding to murder you or your family.

You have a right to life that should not be violated unless absolutely necessary.

Capital punishment doesn’t reduce the crime rate. It doesn’t rehabilitate criminals. It is no more preventative than life imprisonment despite being significantly more expensive. The only “good” thing about execution is that it makes the bloodthirsty sickos in our community happy to watch people die.

Wow, this one statement:

Makes it sound like he might have contracted something and decided to confront the person who gave it to him. Now 2 peoples lives are lost.

Rehabilitation is just as a ‘restraining order’, words on paper. I worked around convicts (Detainees for you Liberals) for over forty years. You can check the re-arrest files on 99% and find that recidivism is a word that they do know. I support the death penalty for premeditate malice murder and for malice rape. There is no other remedy or cure for monsters. I don’t Andy. I do wonder how many victims of predatory criminals live in his family. I have known others as Andy. Many have a warm heart for predatory criminals and a cold heart for victims and their families.
