Tierra was my step daughter, I raised her since she was 2. I’m still crying as I write this. This should’ve never have happened. My son, her brother, is still not understanding of where she’s at, he’s autistic, her sons do not understand where she’s at, they’re autistic. This was so evil. We are still not moving on. Can’t go to work, talk to anyone, be happy and now we have to celebrate her birthday without her physical presence. We will seek Justice, I know I definitely will!

Every society that has the death penalty runs the risk of executing someone who was wrongfully convicted. Overturning the appeals process significantly increases that risk.

How many innocent people are you comfortable with killing to maintain capital punishment?

Every lawfully convicted murderer should receive the death penalty. The reason why it’s expensive is because of lawyers and 20+ years of appeals. Laws should change that reduce length of time for appeals and reduce lawyer’s fees in these cases.

At this time it’s very difficult to express the anger I have for this happening to this innocent young lady !!! The death penalty is still to easy and to good for this dirt bag that killed her !!! Totally uncalled for !!! This worthless coward can’t endure enough pain in this life to justify what he’s done!! God bless her and her family!!! As for the killer DAM YOUR SOUL TO HELL!!!!

.. The only one now that will live a long life is her killer., There is no justice with this. The man knocked her out and then proceeded to shot her FOR NO REASON.. She was harmless at that point. Evil running around and its spreading the hate with violence. I so tire of all this hate with malice toward good people.
