I’m genuinely not sure what you’re trying to say when you say “1 chance 1 shot 1 time!!!!”, but punishing people for wanting to prevent cruel and unusual punishment (a right guaranteed by the Constitution) seems like a pretty bad idea.

Sorry, that’s not true.

Florida was one of the first states to introduce penal labor and “rent” inmates for unpaid labor immediately after the passage of the 13th Amendment, and continues to do so today.

Now you got to know he has proven it ain’t gonna get better he will continue to do exactly what he’s been doing!!! There are other way to deal with this !! 1 chance 1 shot 1 time!!!! This will put a stop to it immediately!!! But then you got those people who will say oh that cruel and unusual punishment !!! I say put them in line next !!!!!
