How Cottage Hill has changed. In the 50s and 60s there were only the Bookers and Commings family on a dirt road now called Parker Rd which should have been named as booker or Commings Rd. Nothing happened butt now there are druggies, and thieves running the whole area. There are a lot of good people in Cottage Hiill. The old Lamb farm no longer has cow's pigs and other farm crops, but now is a housing development with nice homes and more than likely families with sever police officers living there. A few rotten apples are destroying the neighborhhood reputation. WOW! How Cottage Hill has changed.
