I really question if this will be affordable for most people, 4-12 acres….

The state of Florida has the worst inflation of any state (9%), this is mostly driven by the lack of AFFORDABE HOUSING.

Where are people to live if you don’t let them build??

The county needs affordable small housing, and apartments for seniors (single story) that are not government income related, whom most don’t qualify for. Where are seniors to live when the need is to downsize?

Foe those of us that live within a mile of there, or less in my case, your property values will soar. That is a silver lining in the rain cloud. Of course, taxes will also soar. But I say, let them build it. It’s a free market and as long as they meet the existing zoning requirements, its legal, it’s capitalism in action.

I don’t like it, but nothing I can do about it. I just pray that whoever buys this far out in the country learns to coexist with the wild animals that will come into their yard, or just passing by. After all, you moved into their home, they didn’t move into yours.

People here love simping for free market capitalism and deregulation until the corporation decides to le sais faire the property they bought from your neighbors in a way you don’t like.

Can anyone explain to me why telling a company that they can’t underpay their workers, or can’t pollute the environment, or can’t bribe politicians is “SOCIALISM”, but telling a company that they can’t build houses in a county that already has a massive shortage of affordable housing isn’t?

Stop light after stop light after stop light.

And in between, 35 and 45 mph speed limits from Molino to I-10.

4-12 acre lots….wow…I’d like to have one. This kind of development sounds like it will actually add value to the community. This is definitely no DR Horton cookie cutter development. Nothing like what they tried to cram in here a few weeks ago.

At least it is acreage lots. Many will not be able to afford the acreage size.
IT is a shame that these Devlopment’s do not have to set up NRDs. Septic tanks are going to saturate your land if all these developments go through.
Remember that Trees, soybeans, peanuts, corn and other crops give off precious Oxygen.
Do not allow clear cut, consult an arborist and selective cut.
