Common sense is all you need to owe a firearm if you don’t have common sense don’t grab a gun. The no permit has nothing to do with it. People kill people everyday and 98% of them criminals or they are heartless. If someone is interested in hurting or killing someone they are gonna get the gun off the streets anyway they are not gonna get a permit to be traced so the permits will not help stupid careless idiots either way!

Nobody was required to before unless they wanted to carry a gun legally.

Still, somethings you just do for your own benefit without waiting for the government to tell you. Eat. Dress. Don’t play with the rattlesnake. Don’t point weapons at people you do not intend to kill.

I wonder how many of the “accidental “ shootings are guns with no manual safety…can’t understand why they even make pistols without them. You can use it or not but expect the worst. Fortunately shot himself and hopefully recovers and learns
