Who's to say that someone hasn't died from this man's distribution of this deadly drug? 10 years isn't enough to rehabilitate this man. The articles states " Flintroy had just been released from state prison in late 2021 before engaging in the new federal offenses." In my opinion, this guy needs a life sentence. Fentanyl is a deadly drug, and I too believe that if a person is caught selling this poison, that they should be given a life sentence behind bars. That may sound harsh, but to even possess this horrible mess for the sole purpose of making money off of people's weaknesses, shows that the seller is beyond the point of having any feelings for their fellow man. He hadn't been out of state prison long when he decided to go right back down the same path as before except this time its federal prison. I hate it for him but this time he needs to stay in prison.
