It's time for the Navy Federal workforce to get back to work within the actual facility. Put on some real clothes (not PJ's and house shoes), and get back to work.

Just look at DR Horton track record, lawsuits all over the U.S. Shoddy construction and shoddy customer service. Now they are going to pack in over over 1,000 housing units. Where are the utilities for this project? Why even have a plan in place if no one is going to implement it? There is a such a great opportunity to have businesses, homes and recreation area at this location, that will actually complement this location. South Florida builder DiVosta has built beautiful live/work communities. It would be wonderful to have something like that here.

Horton cannot even oversee their site contractors as they have worked for a year to prepare the construction site for the 300+ single family homes development at 95A & Coweta Rd. The site has had retention pond blowouts, and the developer is inattentive to the neighbors’ concerns and site development flaws have sullied the once clear springwaters that created our seasonal wetlands.

In an entire year there still has been no roadways installed (only graded, and now with standing rainwater on several intended roadways), tie-ins to Cottage Hill Water Works done last spring with no repaving to date over the tie-ins where the asphalt was removed from both Coweta Rd and Stacey Rd, creating potholes and grave washouts with every rain shower) and damaging the shallow culvert that diverted rainfall from crossing Coweta (now filling the culvert where they blocked it from draining properly and forcing the accumulated water to overflow their dirt dam and making a muddy mess on Coweta). There is a definite slowdown of work on the site, and such a noticable lack of progress that I suspect there may be a stop-work issue pendimg. I hope I am wrong, because we don’t need a raw graded worksite to become an eyesore.

Wait until next year as NFCU is forcing employees back. Get ready for more traffic on top of traffic.

Wonder now if that previous other bidder may want to make another offer now, or possibly the other two that were mentioned, but not named, that supposedly were interested.

Horton building quality is terrible. Now that the selling area has changed, let other companies put in a bid. You did the study for what is needed in the area, but are ignoring it. Why spend our tax dollars if you were going to ignore it?
The entire process of what has been done is absurd and has taken WAY to long. Get your act together and do what your constituents want.

Why did they even do the DPZ plan?? Just to appease the people and then do whatever they want?? Man this is going to drive someone that votes into a full blown political involvement to bring down these current BCC members. New mission in life…
Everyone hates Horton but here we go jumping in bed with them. Makes sense.

More delays, government in action? NOT! OK with me. More neighborhoods are building all around Beulah which will mean more traffic in a previously "country" area.

So in this plan, residents of the apartments have to drive through the business center in order to get to their homes. Maybe others are ok with that, but I would not live there because of that.
