I love how people automatically take the fact that its a 16 yo and associate it with distracted driving. But the ones commenting have no clue as to the facts. Is ridiculous how quick someone passes judgement

Operating a motor vehicle “safely” requires you to be alert, not distracted and defensive…. regardless of congestion, roadway conditions or age.

Perdido Key Drive from the Alabama line east to Blue Angel Pkway is a highly congested, two-laned, dangerous road anytime day or night.
In heavy weekend traffic any sort of distraction can cause horrible consequences.
Prayers that the mororcycle rider will be okay.
Hope the 16 year old girl has learned several very important life lessons.
