Judge Simon is a firm but fair Judge. The are things we don’t know that lead to the sentence. Just on what we perceive, the young man should have been sentenced to life in prison. The problem is that we don’t know the whole story.

10 years. That man was sitting the mother wasn’t hitting hurting or attacking him and he then points the gun at her and kills her and he gets 10 years. . With good behavior and all the other excus3s he will be out in 8 years for killing his own mother
