He was seen. By plenty of people. They stay quiet for fear of retribution. This translates to gang activity. By remaining quiet, they encourage more shootings. A viscous circle.

What a sad World…2000 people out there..No one seemed to see anything.People got hurt,But soon as the same thing happens to you or knock on your front door,you want people to come froward and speak (seen something say something).I just don’t understand.

And right here is why these shootings, random and targeted, keep happening.
These punks have put so much fear into the people in their neighborhoods and those who know them at such gatherings that there is Nobody who will be a Valid Witness and give names, addresses, vehicles, etc to the Law Enforcement.
We hear “Not Gang Related” to many incidents yet it seems all trails lead back to money, drugs, turf wars, etc.
Sad situations for us all.
