Shop, shop, shop. That is the main form entertainment in this entire country. No sense in traveling anymore because every store and restaurant in every town is the same as we have here. Sadly, babies born today will think this is normal. Not brought on by major corporations choosing how we should live. Sad.

It’s no surprise that all comments so far are negative. I was born in the area and lived there for the first 35 years of my life. I moved away 20 years ago and always thought I’d retire back home. Lately, however, when I visit it’s been sad to see how run down Pensacola has become. The attitude of balking at any progress snd redevelopment has caused Pensacola to become a tired, undesirable place to live. Things can’t always be like they used to be and the area needs to develop wisely and move forward. I don’t know if a WAWA is the answer but many residents need to look at how decrepit your city has become and champion some improvement.

that intersection needs a circle like the one on Perdido going to Johnson’s Beach ; one dumb idea deserves another .

I agree with Mike J and Aaron. Instead of just drug testing our leaders but test our traffic engineers who doesn’t make sense when it comes to lane changes and traffic light control. Plus having a nature trail install around here will help educate our kids and hopefully keep them safe from drugs and killing

Leave the land as is. Just because a parcel of land is undeveloped doesn’t mean it has to be. We need to build less gas stations and start moving more toward electric vehicles. The trees keep getting cut down and flooding becomes more widespread. I don’t suppose our county and city leaders have figured out why that is. Time to vote out those leaders and get some forward thinking people in office. People that will visit other cities and see what’s working for them. Towns where traffic isn’t backed up all over because they use service roads and have stricter zoning regulations.

This is a done deal no matter what the area residence say about development at this intersection. The county board has spoken and they know what’s best for the area??????????

That access point on Beulah Road is going to be a nightmare. That section is already backed up due to the inadequate turn lane to go left on 9 mile and currently using the exit for Circle K is dangerous if you are trying to go North on Beulah. Add this and traffic will bog down even further and more people will get hurt. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ALL THIS NEW DEVELOPMENT. Beulah Road and Frank Reeder were not intended for this. The commissioners and planning boards are creating a nightmare. Add in OLF-8 like they want and this area is going to have absolute gridlock.

Yeap we running out of gas. But see 3 or 4 of these giant gas stations popping up all over the place. And they dont have any electric hookups.
