What makes an animal a nuisance? Just being seen? That ain’t right, don’t be removing any animals during prime offspring season neither. They are smart, yep, but humans are supposed to be smarter. Figure out how to protect property, prevent the actual causes of the conflict. Relocation and killing is just lazy man. Just coz an animal may be on your property doesn’t change that it belongs to all.

If you go to FWC website, the season for Raccons, opussum’s is year round. No limits stated.

First of all, GREAT JOB FWC!
@Me…. It’s my understanding that if a “nuisance” critter is trapped it can be “moved” to a new area where it won’t become a problem again. Now, I’m not sure of the proper license requirements for doing this(if any is needed) but I would check the laws pertaining to such…just my opinion.
