Just like every other arrest of a young person on drugs it is yet another life lost to an addiction. The problem here is he is not content to just use, but to spread his poison to others, just like the ones who spread it to him. I am sure he has family members, parents, grandparents, and siblings who care about him but until he starts caring about himself and the people he is destroying with his poison, the best place for him is behind bars.
