I didn’t believe, in no way, that the passenger didn’t know the circumstances of this vehicle not being the drivers. Yes, I’m glad they both survived this horrific crash but they chose this “thug life” and now look at them. Too many think they are above the Laws and act in ways that danger themselves, those they may come in contact with and/or the Deputies in these types of situations.
