There was a second company that was listed as "non-responsive" with no bidand a third company that only bid on part of the project. Only JNB submitted a bit for the entire project, per the county documents. “Nothing against JNB Contractors, but just curious why they didn’t award this to a local Escambia county contractor instead of a company 2 1/2 hours away in another state? We went back and looked for you.
