Drugs are people’s own decision to make and do. Don’t get me wrong, they are bad for people’s health and well being and can get in the wrong hands no doubt. Ultimately it is up to you what you chose to do with your self and it is up to parents to keep their child away from them. It is sad that people have to face morons that think prison is a correct solution for something like this. Had this been in California it would have been a ticket, where as violence including Rape, murder, and human trafficking reserve the last resort in incarcerating someone someone. House arrest with rehab is what’s needed.

This is someone I care about a lot. And as someone who has also struggled with the same kind of issues and has managed to come out on the other side, I hope eh can use this time to help himself and I hope he gets a fair judge who will see his value as a person and not just look at the mistakes he’s made.

Well this is someone I love very much and has been an amazing friend to me and my kids for years. He actually has a job and paid bills and is close to his mom. What I see is a broken system that allows our loved ones to be punished instead of helped. For example, if your loved one had lung cancer from smoking, would you throw them in prison? Their choice to smoke, but now they’re sick. PLEASE EVERYONE TAKE A STAND AGAINST DRUGS BUT DO IT TO HELP NOT TO PUNISH. PRISON DOES NOT CURE ADDICTION!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU CHRISTIAN. WE LOVE YOU. Make an example of this person, the lives and families he destroyed with his poison must be accounted for, I would give him a minimum of 40 years, send a message. If this happened in other countries they would have given him the death penalty, they don’t have the drug problems we do here.
People just don’t understand what damage drugs do behind the scenes, families breaking up, children being taken by the State, brothers and sisters broken up and put in foster homes sometimes never seeing each other again.
Babies being born with drugs in their systems causing birth defects like brain damage, neurological disorders and eventually they wind up homeless living under an overpass somewhere because they or their parents were hooked on drugs.

This young man looks so clean cut you would never guess he was doing things like that !!!now the cats out of the bag if convicted lock him up for a very long time and keep him there !!! Drugs are killing a lot of people everyday because of people like this!!! Now it’s time to pay the piper!!!!
