I did call sheriff office yesterday afternoon. I think I saw him walking north on 2
99 near Jimmy’s grill. It had stayed raining. He had black loose fitting basketball shorts, white t shirt. army green cap, backpack, nice looking man with beard. And that’s what I saw in a blink of my eye, heading home. Hopefully it was this young man.

I’m almost positive I saw him this afternoon. Nine Mile Rd. He was just sitting on the side of the road. I’m thinking it was around 3:00pm.
