Can’t deny DNA then you have time lines, and I would hope camera footage. I’m sure Sheriff Jackson is qualified enough to know how to handle this situation and has done all necessary things to investigate. The fact is no matter how well you know someone you still do not know what that person will do if that was the case we could control more situations in life

This whole “he wouldn’t do this, I know him, he was such a good kid” thing is WRONG. Anybody can commit this kind of crime, and the people who normally get away with it are the ones who nobody would suspect. And to call this “getting friendly” is frankly disgusting. He knew exactly what he was doing, and if he couldn’t control himself in his position, then he doesn’t deserve that position and he deserves to face the consequences of his own actions. I’m glad that justice is being served.

Good person or not he is still human and we all make mistakes and bad choices that we know is wrong. He is held to a higher standard when he puts that uniform on. I know for a fact that the probability that he did do this is very strong and no, I am not the one who accused him. He would still be on administrative leave if they didn’t have any evidence on him that proves he did have sexual contact with the victim. Let’s don’t bash either the victim or the accused and let the court system take care of it.

Why are yall judging him he didn’t do this I have known
Eric since he was 13 or 14 and he always wanted to be
A law enforcement officer and I know he wouldn’t destroy
His career plus the person who done this brung false
Charges on Eric cause he arrested her for drugs and she
Has said to several people that she was gonna bring fake
Charges up on Eric cause he done his job and arrested
Her for drugs.

He was a good deputy catching the drug heads with dangerous drugs.
Leaving his family at night to work making a making a living for his family!
Why dont you check out the one that’s accusing him messing up his life.
